It was really enjoyable time in Harwich. The property was reasonably clean and staff was very helpful. We enjoyed nicely furnished and brand-new room with views. All the services were very good.

No complaints, the venue met expectation, totally recommend it. I ate at a very spacious restaurant with good view. The bathroom was very well appointed, included a bath and a walk-in shower.

We love the proximity to the harbor and the view of the evening sun, and the lightship at the pier is particularly beautiful. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the staff was super friendly

The rooms are a good size with a stunning panoramic view. The hotel is perfectly located right on the harbor. Convenient free street parking is provided. Coffee and a mini-bar are available in the rooms.

Absolutely nothing

The Pier Hotel is in an amazing and comfortable location in Harwich, within a short walk to historic Harwich, the port, and the railway station. The unit is new-fashioned with standard decor and the staff, from the cleaner to the manager, are very welcoming.

The location of this place is amazing, right next to the seafront and the pier, which is perfect for tourists, and I would definitely consider coming back again someday, as the hotel served its purpose.
